Throughout these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), "Global Raffles", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Bourgeoisie Group Ltd.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing an entry, or participating in any promotional prize draw operated by Global Raffles, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any specific terms shown on individual draw pages.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not participate in any promotional prize draw operated by Global Raffles.

3. Nature of the Service

Global Raffles operates promotional prize draws. Our promotional prize draws are not lotteries, sweepstakes, betting, gaming, or gambling products under the laws of England and Wales. They are structured as free-entry promotional prize draws in which:

  • A free entry route is permanently available (see Section 5)
  • Paid entries are an optional convenience, not a requirement to participate
  • Free entries carry the same chance of selection as paid entries
  • Each draw has a fixed maximum entry pool and a defined closing condition
  • Draws are conducted on a fixed schedule regardless of the number of entries received
  • Selection is conducted live, in public, and recorded for verification

Participation does not guarantee selection.

4. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your country of residence
  • Meet any additional eligibility requirements stated on the individual draw page
  • Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of Bourgeoisie Group Ltd

We may require proof of age and identity before releasing any prize. If a selected participant cannot provide satisfactory verification within 14 days of being contacted, an alternate participant may be selected.

It is your responsibility to ensure that participation in promotional prize draws is permitted under the laws of your country of residence. By entering, you confirm that participation is lawful where you reside.

5. How to Enter

Entries may be obtained by either of the following routes. Both routes carry an equal chance of selection.

5a. Paid Entry Route

Participants may purchase entry bundles through the Global Raffles website by selecting an entry option on the relevant draw page and completing secure checkout. Entries are confirmed by email and assigned a unique entry reference number.

5b. Free Entry Route

A free entry route is permanently available for every promotional prize draw. To enter for free:

  1. Send an email to freeentry@global-raffles.com
  2. Use the subject line "Free Entry – Draw [number]" (e.g. "Free Entry – Draw 2")
  3. Include in the body of the email:
    • Your full name
    • Your date of birth
    • Your contact telephone number
    • Your full postal address
    • A statement confirming you are aged 18 or over and that participation is lawful in your country of residence

Free entries:

  • Are limited to one (1) free entry per person per draw
  • Must be received before the draw closing time stated on the draw page
  • Are added to the same entry pool as paid entries and carry the same chance of selection
  • Are subject to verification — duplicate, automated, or fraudulent submissions will be voided

Free entries are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of consideration.

6. Entry Limits

Each draw may specify a maximum number of entries per participant. Entries exceeding any stated limit may be voided at our sole discretion. Refunds for voided entries are issued at our discretion, less any payment processing fees.

7. Draw Process and Selection Method

Draws are conducted as follows:

  1. The draw closes on the earlier of: (a) the date and time specified on the draw page, or (b) the moment all entries are allocated.
  2. All eligible paid and free entries are compiled into a single list.
  3. The list is loaded into wheelofnames.com and the wheel is spun during a live broadcast on Instagram @globalraffles.
  4. The first name selected by the wheel is the winner. The result is final.
  5. A recording of the live draw is retained and made available on the Winners page of this website.

The result of any draw conducted in accordance with this process is final and binding on all participants.

8. Winner Notification and Announcement

Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw using the contact details provided at the time of entry. Winners will be announced publicly on the Winners page of this website and on our official communication channels, including first name, last initial, and entry reference number, unless the winner specifically requests anonymity.

Winners may be required to verify identity, age, and eligibility before any prize is released. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw or fails to provide satisfactory verification, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Prizes

Prize details are specified on each individual draw page.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any other prize, except as set out below.
  • Cash alternative: The winner of each draw may elect to receive a cash alternative equal to 50% of the advertised value of the prize, in place of the physical or digital prize.
  • Physical prizes are delivered via tracked courier with signature on delivery, typically within 5–10 business days following winner verification.
  • Digital prizes are delivered via email, typically within 1–5 business days following winner verification.
  • Delivery is provided free of charge to the winner. Any local taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by the winner's country of residence are the responsibility of the winner.
  • If a prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10. Refunds and Cancellation

All entries are final once purchased and are not refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • A draw is cancelled by Global Raffles
  • A verified technical error has prevented an entry from being included in the draw
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection law

Refunds where due are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Promotional prize draws are not subject to the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as the service is fully performed at the moment of entry.

11. Draw Cancellation, Postponement, and Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a draw if circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent the draw from proceeding as advertised. Such circumstances include but are not limited to: technical failure of payment systems or the selection platform, action by regulatory or governmental bodies, unavailability of the advertised prize, force majeure events, or any other event materially affecting our ability to operate the draw fairly.

If a draw is cancelled, all paid participants will be issued a full refund within 14 business days. If a draw is postponed, paid participants will be notified of the new date and given the option to request a refund.

12. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant and void any entry if:

  • False, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided
  • Automated, bot-generated, or otherwise abusive entry methods have been used
  • These Terms have been breached
  • Entry limits or other rules stated on the draw page have been violated
  • The participant is found to be ineligible under Section 4

Refunds in such cases are at our sole discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bourgeoisie Group Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues, network failures, or system outages beyond our reasonable control
  • Delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or third-party couriers
  • Delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Participation is at your own risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, operations, or our services. The version in force at the time you enter a draw governs that entry. Material changes will be published on this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms each time you enter a draw.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We use personal data only to:

  • Operate promotional prize draws
  • Contact winners and deliver prizes
  • Fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations
  • Communicate with you about your entries and account

Draw records, including entry lists and recordings of live draws, are retained for a minimum of 12 months for verification and audit purposes.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Bourgeoisie Group Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Where you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may have additional statutory rights under your local law that cannot be excluded by these Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
