Prizes are awarded only to confirmed winners following the completion of each scheduled draw.

2. Digital Prizes

Digital prizes (such as vouchers, gift cards, or digital codes) are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery is usually made via email

  • Digital prizes are typically delivered within 1–5 business days after winner verification

  • Winners are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate

3. Physical Prizes

Physical prizes (such as electronics or merchandise) are shipped to the winner’s provided address.

  • Shipping details will be confirmed directly with the winner

  • Prizes are typically dispatched within 7–21 business days after winner verification

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and courier services

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for prizes are covered by Global Raffles, unless stated otherwise on the raffle page

  • Winners will not be charged for standard prize delivery

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by authorities in the destination country may be the responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Verification

Before a prize is dispatched, winners may be required to:

  • Confirm their identity

  • Confirm delivery details

  • Provide additional information required for fulfilment

Failure to provide required information within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. International Shipping

We may ship prizes internationally, subject to:

9. Cash Alternative Option

Where a physical prize is offered, winners may choose a cash alternative instead of receiving the physical item.

  • The cash alternative is provided at 50% of the advertised prize value

  • The cash alternative is optional and must be selected by the winner

  • Cash alternatives are paid using an approved payment method

Highlighting prize values is for promotional purposes only and reflects the estimated retail value at the time the raffle is launched.

Example:

If the advertised prize is an Apple Watch valued at £400, the cash alternative offered would be £200.

10. Prize Substitution

If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to:

  • Substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value

  • Offer the cash alternative option outlined above
