By purchasing an entry or participating in a prize draw, you agree to this policy.

2. Nature of Entries

Entries purchased on this website are digital promotional entries that provide immediate participation in a scheduled prize draw.

Once an entry is confirmed, the service has been delivered and participation in the draw begins immediately.

3. No Returns or Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital promotional entries:

  • Entries cannot be returned

  • Entries cannot be exchanged

  • Entries cannot be cancelled once confirmed

This applies regardless of the outcome of the draw.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for:

A refund may be issued following investigation.

6. Free Entry Route

Entries submitted via the free entry route do not involve payment and are therefore not eligible for refunds.

Free entries are treated equally to paid entries for draw purposes.

7. Consumer Rights Clarification

Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel does not apply to digital services once performance has begun with the consumer’s consent.

By purchasing an entry, you acknowledge and agree that:
